Connected Accounts Terms

An addendum to our Terms of Service. Last updated: October 19, 2026

This applies only if you connect a social media account to use our automation features. Our analytics product works from public profiles and never asks you to connect an account. If that is all you use, nothing here applies to you.

1. What These Features Do

Automation features perform actions on a social media account you have connected, according to the configuration you set. You remain responsible for that account and for everything done through it.

2. Platform Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • Automating activity on a third-party platform may be restricted or prohibited by that platform's own terms of service, and it is your responsibility to check
  • The platform may restrict, suspend or permanently disable a connected account, and we are not responsible for that outcome
  • Platform policies may change at any time and affect whether these features work
  • Automated activities are performed within platform rate limits

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use these features for spam, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that is unlawful or targets another person. We may suspend automation on an account at any time if we believe it is being used this way.

4. Credentials and Data

How we handle the credentials and session data for a connected account is described in the Connected Accounts Addendum to our Privacy Policy.
