Last updated: October 19, 2026

Which policy applies to you. This one covers the analytics product: Competitor Map, Rival Scout, and the standalone scanners. These work from public Instagram profiles and never ask you to connect an account.

If you connect a social media account to use our automation features, additional data handling applies and is described in the Connected Accounts Addendum.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
